If you have had your Bluetti Power Station for some time or your Power Station has seen many cycles, the batteries that run your Power Station will need to be recalibrated at some point.
A battery that needs to be recalibrated will begin to show unusual behavior when reporting the battery percentages and may rapidly increase or decrease the battery percentage. If you have multiple batteries attached to your Bluetti Power Station you may also see a large variance between these batteries. These are all signs of batteries that may need to be recalibrated. Good new, recalibrating your battery is easy.... Just be prepared to set aside time to complete this process as it can take several hours.
How to Recalibrate Your Bluetti Battery:
Step #1 - Drain Your Battery using your Bluetti Power Station, under load.
It is important to only drain your battery using the Bluetti Power Station to ensure that the BMS (Battery Management System) drains your battery down to the reserve and stops before draining the system below the battery reserve. Caution:
Draining your battery below the battery reserve may cause your battery not to connect or charge via the Bluetti Power Station head unit or can even cause damage to your battery. Only discharge your battery through the head unit to prevent damage.
It is also important to start to re-charge your battery as soon as possible once it reaches 0%. Leaving your battery at 0% with the head-unit turned on may cause your battery to drain into your battery reserve or may even completely drain your battery.
Step #2 - Re-Charge Your Battery to 100%
It is important to charge re-charge your battery via a "constant" and "consistent" power source. This means that if you start charging your battery at 500 watts, you want to continue to charge your battery at 500 watts until the battery reaches 100%.
Option A:
External Charging: To do this ,disconnect the battery from the head-unit and use a Bluetti T500, T400 or T200 to externally charge your battery via the side DC port.
Option B:
Head-unit Charging: To do this, leave your battery connected to your head-unit and use your Bluetti head-unit to charge the battery directly. It is recommended not to exceed 15amp ac input when re-charging your battery/batteries during recalibration.
Step #3 - Validate/Re-Connect Your Battery
Once recharged, connect your battery to your head-unit if it was disconnected, and verify battery connectivity. Next, fire up your Power Station and use it as normal.

I watched your video on recalibrating B300s batterys. Great video Thanks. You said the best way to charge B300 back From 0% to 100% is with a T-500 to get a slow even charge. I do not have a T-500, what I did was go into Max. Current Settings and set the charge rate to 5 or 7A and got a charge of around 596W from grid. The next day it was at 100%.
